Youth

We love having youth worship with us! Youth are encouraged to come with their families and bring friends to join us for worship at 9:30 on Sundays. Through worship, the Word, and Sacraments, youth are invited to experience God's presence and be reminded of His love alongside all of God's people. We also love having our youth serve, whether that be through acolyting, leading worship, greeting, or being on the tech team.

Youth are not the future of the church -- they ARE the church! Through Confirmation, students learn the basics of the Christian faith through a 2-year course where we dive into Luther's Small Catechism and what it means to be part of the church.
On the first Sunday of each month, all youth are invited to attend Serve and Sports -- an after-service gathering where we discuss the Bible readings from church before heading outside for fun, games, and fellowship. 

We want youth to be confident of their baptismal identity as children of God so that they can shine the light of Jesus with those around them. Every month, we offer a unique youth event featuring fun activities and Bible time where questions and wrestlings are welcomed! 

Throughout the year we plan many events and activities for having fun, growing in faith, and growing in friendships!  The events are always announced in the bulletin and church newsletter.
