Immanuel Lutheran Church is excited to host the internationally renowned exhibit, "Icons in Transformation," by artist Ludmila Pawlowska. Returning to the Inland Empire after nearly ten years, the exhibit will feature new works designed to pique the imagination, engage the mind, and ponder at the mysteries of God.

Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Sundays: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

GROUPS

While the exhibit is open to all, we can only allow a certain number of people through at a time. If you would like to bring your group (10 or more), it is highly encouraged that you email us to make the necessary reservation.

Throughout the time the exhibit is at Immanuel, we will be hosting special events to celebrate, enrich our understanding,  and allow opportunities for our community to engage in new ways. Click a date below to see what is happening.
September 8th - Opening Night
To kickoff hosting this fantastic exhibit, we are hosting a special gala as we welcome Ludmila to Riverside. This is a special ticketed event with food, music, and a chance to talk with the artist personally at the Victoria Club.

Gala tickets: $75 per person
Ribbon Cutting: 5:00 PM at Immanuel Lutheran Church
Gala at Victoria: 6:00 PM at Victoria Country Club

Frequently asked questions

Is there an admission fee?
No, admission is free. No advanced tickets are required except for the Opening Night Gala.
Where do I go when I arrive?
Ludmila believes that sacred art belongs in sacred spaces.  When you arrive, please follow the signs to the sanctuary front and check in with the docents. After you have gone through the art in the sanctuary, the tour continues in our fellowship hall.
Is there guided tours?
Yes, there will be at least one guided tour during open hours. 
Will the artist be present?
Ludmila will be present at the opening and several weeks after. More information can be found under "Special Events" above.
Is the art for sale?
Yes, most works will be available to purchase, and can be collected at the end of the exhibit. Prices range from several hundred to several thousand dollars. For purchasing inquiries, please email icons@ilcs-riverside.org
Can I touch the exhibits?
No, please refrain from touching the works of art. 
Can I photograph the art?
