Welcome to the Physical Education page!
K-3: Basic PE instruction- warm up lap, stretched, and a game or sport skills. Grades 1-3 run the mile once a month on Tuesday with Mrs. Seinturier.
4th Grade: Physical fitness training (10-15 minutes) followed by a warm up lap, stretches, and a game or sport skills (30-35 minutes). 4th graders will also run the mile once a month on a Tuesday with Mrs. Seintuier.
5th & 6th Grade: Tuesday- Physical fitness training (10-15 minutes) followed by a warm up lap, stretches, and a game or sport skills (30-35 minutes). Thursday- Mile run (6.5 laps around the playground) timed and recorded by the classroom teacher, followed by health instruction inside.
